If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (less setup fees and overage charges if they apply) if you close your account within 30 days of the activation of your account or before the next billing cycle (whichever comes first).

Our refund policy does not apply to domain registraiton or SSL Certifcate purchases. 

No refunds are available after 30 days or if the account has renewed in to the next billing cycle. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Sectorlink for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.
