If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (less setup fees and overage charges if they apply) if you close your account within 30 days of the activation of your account or before the next billing cycle (whichever comes first).
Our refund policy does not apply to domain registrations or SSL Certificate purchases.
