Credit requests must be requested before the end of the following month of the experienced outage by the account holder.
Sectorlink will issue a credit to the account in the amount of 5% of the monthly bill after the first 99.5% of downtime for each 30 minutes of downtime the month above. This is not to exceed the the total monthly invoice for the current month.
