A website's log files can be accessed via FTP and are located in /log/

For error message details with Linux (Apache) domains, check /log/error_log

For Windows (IIS) websites, you will need to enable error reporting in your Cloud Control panel

  • Select Websites from the left side of the panel
  • Select Manage to the right side of the domain in question
  • Select Error Reporting from the General Settings tab
  • Select Enable¬†from the drop-down for the error reporting specific to the websites code
  • Hit Edit Scripting to save the settings

Website errors should now display on the website with this setting enabled.  We strongly recommend disabling error reporting once you have resolved the issue.
