You can update the password within your Cloud Control panel by selecting the user icon in the upper right side of the panel.
- From this drop-down, select Change Panel Password
- Enter your new password and Confirm Password on the second line, then click Change Password
If you do not know your password details in order to login to your Cloud Control panel, you can reset it by use the Forgot Password link on login page.
- Enter the accounts username and hit Send Password
This will send a password reset email to the address associated with the account.
Note: Password must contain at least 8 characters, and a minimum of one lower case character, one upper case character, one digit and one special character.
