With Sectorlink there are no third party data centers to rely on.  Servers are located within Sectorlink's privately owned and managed data centers.  When you rely on a service provider that does not maintain your equipment within its own data centers the waiting game can be costly.  Unnecessary waiting for your service provider to contact, or commute to, a third party facility to correct your issue could take hours.  Sectorlink technicians are available around the clock in order to assist you, when you need them, within the same facility where your servers are in service.
